Start by making a new theme I hate Barcalona

Alright on to the serious stuff!
1. Make batter softkeys; unreadable
2. Change colors of everything written by the theme's side; don't keep the standard colors!
3. Make pictures for the title, highlights, and the popups

I agree with Falle... except I actually really like FC Barcelona and Ronaldinho.
But you do need to work a little more on this one.
The softkeys are pretty much impossible to read and the statusbar aswell.
And you should put more effort in designing the background images so that they work with what is going to be in front of them.
The way it is now you can see there's something back there, but you can't really make out what it is.
If you don't want more graphical elements I still think you should spend some time changing the colors around on highlights and text to match your theme better.
Perhaps in the colors of FC barcelona would be a good idea?

Hmm, too many different pictures!

I seriously hate Britney so you wont have any luck with me...
But the theme is really weird.

@riva: you have the basics of thememaking down, now to learn the finer points.
-brittney theme: unify the theme. there are way too many images used the theme is confusing and cluttered. you dont have to use images for highlights, and titlebars. you can use effects and transparencies for that. try using .PNG for the highlights and youll see the difference
