weng, i haven't used seleQ b4... but, here are the steps for those using FExplorer; i hope the steps are similar with that of using seleQ so, u may have an idea how to do it (and perhaps, post the tutorial later on for our fellow M9 pals, hehehe)...
1] i suggest making a folder named oplogo in ur mmc and keep ur oplogos there; oplogos are normally 97 x 25 pixels and maybe jpg, bmp or gif; try resizing any pics of ur choice or u can also try these links :
http://www.symbianthemes.com/oplogos/http://www.playmobus.com/mobile/index.php2] open fexplorer and navigate to E:\ … where u hv placed ur oplogos; pressing d joystick on a highlighted item will lead u to the gallery and show u d pic…
display from the gallery is not gud though bcoz d pic gets stretched - i don’t know why this is so on the 6600 whereas, doing d same in a 3650 is such that the actual size of the pic/oplogo is shown and hence, u hv a pretty good idea how it will actually look on d operator logo area of ur phone… in fairness though, it still helps to at least give u an idea of what logo u r going to use especially if u 4get d filename of a particular pic u want…
anyway, that’s not our main objective… so…
exiting the gallery (if u did press d joystick) will bring u back to the oplogos/pics…
now,
3] scroll to the file/pic u want to use then press, “options” => “File” => “Set as operator logo”
the “Set as operator logo” option is not readily seen as sub-menu of File… u have to scroll down to it… it is below Properties w/c in turn is below Make Dir w/c u can readily see…
4] upon choosing “Set …” ; a message will appear that says “System will reboot when done - OK?”; just press OK… ur phone will then restart then, voila !!! u’ve set ur operator logo…
Notes:
Repeat steps 2 thru 4 whenever u want to change oplogo...
When u want to remove an oplogo and return to the operator’s default, pls refer to my reply to arn_gab’s query above…
hope this helps…
addendum: am not sure whether there is any conflict is u install both SeleQ and FExplorer in the same phone...
