Fastest member, joined yesterday and started a new thread today.
For your themes, a nice start but not sure about functionality. When you make more and more by the help of your thread you will improve yourself.

You should make bigger previews, from what i see you are extremely talented and will be a great themer in the future. Keep on theming, you have it!

Yes, agree with Pat... Bigger previews allow viewers to see the full details of your theme, and will help you improve more then... Good start, your TMC entry is nice... You easily improved on your theme's functionality... Keep it up and good luck!

Your theme is very very beautiful, just have some probs with the texts' color. White text is not readable well on the bright moire. By the way you have a talent no doubts, just keep it up with theming!

Oh btw I discovered the color looks different on my mobile.. it's brighter and greener.. while on my laptop I see it's more "yellowish-green".. hmm :/

which phone do you use?

personnally i have a chence to have a W810 (smaller screen/ 176.220)
but i wouldnt change it for a K800.
- IT SHOWS BLACK -- BLACK, and al the colours right as they are...
You have a feeling that all themes are better on that screen!

K800, it has a bigger screen, great resolution, with smaller pixels - but do not shows

black - black....

all is a bit fadded, black looks a bit dark anthracite gray-a bit bluish....

__ go and try to borrow a W810 somewhere, or if you have a possibility in some
mobile shop to try the phones (here s a custom, at T-Mobile, to use some phones
at a mobile shop/-of course you cannot call.../can try over some twenty phones)

make a conversion from K800 theme to W900 in your Theme Maker, then bring it
away and upload it to a W810 and then compare it to the same theme on a K800.

- You ll see what i m talking about...

Still you have to change in the Popup Section
your highlight background, which is too light!



cannot see trough the inputed signs, maybe try to change it

from FFD98C - apricot yellow
to those one darkred 6A0005 from the scrollbar background...

mmmm... no, doesnt work, too bright on the phone vs the back...

think the black fit better...mmm right, imo, it does...

had tried all the highlights changesd to the FF0000 shouting red,
dono.. just a try... vs the D7C5C5 light rose

the dark red 2F0000 instead of CE9091 light rose for the Volume staples.
or if you think it is not good contrasted the same FF0000 shouting red.

the progressbar slider could remain as it is, or changed to FF0000.

but the most important:



change the background FFD98C for highlights in the Navigation screen.

it is shown on the Calendar, and marking days...

-make it 6A0005 dar red as for the CalendarWeekwiev Markings, in Misc.

POPUP Highlight: I didn't change that because I thought it wouldn't matter since I had my "popuphighlights" image.. it would cover the original background color of the popup highlight.

Highlight text: Personally, I tried to avoid shouting colors on dark backgrounds. just like I would avoid white font colors on dark backgrounds.. I thought it will be more "soothing" to view..

seeing your printscreens, I went to convert to w900 to take a look. but this is what I have:

how come the one you have has black fonts?

Real phone view: Look at the "Draft" and "outbox"

I have no use of that apricot background on my handphone, there is no highlights on the day (i.e. Wed).. so I thought I should just ignore it..

Hi, muerte... as I already said you're very talented... your TMC entry is an obvious proof for that... the image is well chosen, the colouring is good and the theme has a few nice and unique touches... still, I believe all those butterflies and feathers are too much, especially as they don't go well with WRATH... at least that's my opinion... great work all the same...

The other themes are nicely done as well, love the animation in Lucky Clover and Lonely heart...

wow. i can sense a new breed of themer growing here. very nice themes. i agree with others that you are talented. keep it up.

... I've uploaded some of your work on my phone... Wrath theme looks the best of them all IMO, even more attractive than on the preview... with very effective colouring and good functionality...

And that Cool Kitty animation is so cuteeeee...

One thing tho, the popup and activity images in most of the themes, are imported as transparent, so on some screens the text underneath can be seen through or on some the background shows as plain grey... just thought I should tell you, hope you won't mind... if you do, I'll keep my mouth shut in the future...

if you did try my "disco ball" theme, the popup is just too transparent.. especially when it's in front of words.. I edited it already coz the functionality is really ... I will be more careful not to make it too transparent and also find a matching color so that it doesn't turn all grey..

And I really welcome all comments, good or bad! This is the only way for me to improve myself! Coz some times I kinda became "blind" when it comes to my own theme..

So please do continue to "review" my themes!

In fact it's the same case with Wrath, Clover and Heart... but you can solve this problem by keeping the transparency you want, placing it as a layer over the navigation background you want to be seen through and saving it as a "solid" image...

Personnally prefer the First one, imo it shows somekind better ballanced in the
whole thing the lighter version...

Mmmm... nnooo.. The Vitruvian Man theme didnt quite fit there... bad shot

And finnally the Softkeys are a bit busy, really...

my personnal adwice is that the keys should allways be clean...
