When I first got my phone, the guy at the store told me about two website, this and another one. I can't remember the other, but I really liked it to create wallpapers from pictures and graphics. You imported pictures, then cropped and could add borders, etc. I made the one attached. Anybody know that site?

I don't any website where you can do that (but I'm sure they are around) you could download paint.net (just google) for free which should do what you want.
