Ok, I want to make a S710a theme but dont know how. Is there a program I use? Is it easy to use or do I need to be a programmer or what? And where do I get one? Thanks...
the faqs will answer the majority of your questions. as for the ones that it doesnt, i dont know.

use S700's thememaker
to make themes for the s700, you will need:
-theme creator 1.4 available from SE developer site (registration needed) link in FAQ's
-some form of graphics suite, photoshop, paint shop pro, corel draw...even paint can be used to a certain degree.
