what do you mean unlimited? like between other customers on the same carrier like if in aus
optus to optus / telstra to telstra
bit more specific i guess, but um not that i know of in aus

i don't belive that all it depends on the phone connectivity band(how much data can suport)

I know that in the US AT&T offers unlimited txt for something like $20 a month.

I know in the UK Orange offer Unlimited SMS subject to a 'Fair Usage Policy' which is about 3000 per month to any other carrier in the UK. You can get this with plans from as little as £35 a month with 500-600 mins thrown in too
