I'm new here. Was previously using Nokia phones. I'm using Sony Ericsson K700i. Can some experts here help me on how to resize the photos to fit the phone screen. For example 176x176 or so.... What I'm having now is something smaller, when I tried to use my photos as wall paper, I can see the Top, bottom with black background.

you need a program to edit images.

many people use photoshop, some use other imaging software such as paint shop pro or Sony Ericssons 'My Images'

In these programs there is always an option to either 'cut' out a piece of an image in the size you desire, or shrink an image to the size you desire, or both.


Which software do you use? that would help to know to get you started

Hi! Thanks for your reply, I using the image editor software that came with the phone set. I even upgrade the software to a newer version from the SE website. Problem is it does not comes with instruction. I tried out the software but couldn't get things done.
