i am very bad lately on brushing my teeth (lazzzy)

well sometime dont brush them sometimes 1x and 2x.

2x or 3x is the best.

Well, like all normal, 2 times a day.

hmmmm...it really depends on what i eat. i usually brush twice a day. but if i eat something like a chocolate in between, then i brush again.....

OMG techno!!! Don't do it for yourself, do it for your wife! hahahaha JOKE! I'm too OC about personal hygiene, I brush at least 3x (twice each time with tongue scraping).

u shudn't do toungue scrapping twice...it hurts the taste buds, leaving u without that sense in ur later years.i do it only once........

It is funny, that they represented this few years back....the new tooth brush with that brushing thing for tongue...like it was something new.

Very few ppl know that the ancient Romans had special wood sticks just for tongue scrapping.

@ssivic- here in india too we used neem twigs for brushing. and once the "brushing" part was finished, the scraped their tongue with the twig, b4 finally throwing it away
i think everyone used twigs in the olden days, not just the romans

@ssivic- human (and other animals too) have always learnt to adjust to their surroundings. i'm sure they must have figured out how to use twigs to their advantage
i'm not sure about 2000 years ago, but far as i know, india has a very rich history when it comes to medicinal uses of plants

i brush my teeth 1 or 2 times in a day because i don't have verry much time ...better is 2 put your helth on the first place but sometimes you can't
