Ya But Rank Has Nothing To Do With What You Know, Its Just How Long You Post Around The Forums For , There Should Be A Better Way

@ NoFX - No, rank has almost othing to do with your posting around the forum, but contributing, uploading files to M9.... And if the criteria for becoming a mod is that rank 3 is needed, than you'll just have to get to rank 3.... Keep in mind there are literally 100 members that want the position of a Gallery Mod, and who meet the criteria... You'll have to hurry...

rank is the way of proving that you know something,and rank has very little to do with posting in forums.you advance in ranks by uploading files.rules are like Ex wrote,he is the boss,so that is the only way.anyway,this is an announcement not a discussion topic.thanks

@ ex, admins - Just and idea, why not make all the announcements in this section locked? That way, we'll all avoid entering pointless discussions... ... ...

Discussions only take place when there is response.
As far as the announcement is concerned, PM Expert if you are interested, guidelines are there for what is required.

Unless you have 200 posts, you're not able to use PM system. But you can use shout boxes on the homesites in the meantime...

I think this is unfair coz i only concentrate on making thing for my phone and uploading them but i dont use posts that much so this means i cant be the moderator.............

Not necessarily, to qualify:

In order to qualify, you need to be:
- active in the forum and the gallery
- must have a good reputation and conduct
- rank 3 and above

Well at 50 posts that's quite active, expert makes the descision so instead of a PM as jas said give him a shout in his shoutbox which is here

You must participate in Treads and not just spamming the treas to reach your required posts.

The reason for being active in the forum is to ensure you at least know what's happening around the forum. This will come in handy when handling disputes etc..

boxie i also applied but being told that if any vacancies will b there they will make an announcement for the same.

I don't think they'll need any more Jr Admins for the moment...

Please remember to reply here only if you are applying for the position.

as for the parameters,they are-no adult and/or violent stuff,no duplicate("stolen")files,wall/screensaver size has to match the category to which is being uploaded,etc.if you become a mod,you`ll be briefed with all details,don`t worry
