You need to use a graphics program like photoshop. Photoshop costs money though so I use one called gimp.
If you want to download it the website is http://www.gimp.org

First Design your own signature in any image editors.
After you have designed upload your signature images to any image hosting sites like Tinypic .

Thereafter Go to My Controls in Mobile9.
There you will see "Edit signature" under "Personal Profile" . In this section you can put the image code like-
