use the application installer to install it.

You can load java games on N73 with the help of Nokia PC Suite software. It come with purchase in CD.

Open Install application option of PC Suite and browse to file in left hand side pane. Select file and select add to phone button.
You see It starts installing application.

Or just click at apps then apears do you want to install this apps and you click yes.
