To answer your question, about Dragon being a Head scout.
He is responsible for his members, and their conduct. If you make sth bad, you will have to answer to Dragon, and he to me and coolguy...

Well, after a long time I've finnaly updated the MoS Organization... and I hope I've got it all right...
As you can see, the Specialists Group is filled, so no more specialists for the time being...
I highly recomend for the newcomers to pick the alchemists section... And, I need Scouts as well...

there is big needed at scouters.
I'm playing it safe... putting him as a scouter would end up with 100 of posts extra... He'll be fine with finding tones and helping you out...
