well sven now that ur the family head (capo ) i had some suggestions

now that u arent t head of investigators...how bout choosin a new group leader....
similarly how bout updatin the member roster and choosin group leaders who are actually active....

also the groups need some drafting of duties....for eg we alchemists could involve ourself in making banners signatures and animations promoting mos....i know jasmina ubaid and myself are good at making gif files...we could come up wid something...shameless self propogation as expert_21 put it

similarly it would be nice if the other groups were also give a proper duty and an achievable goal for stimulation

Can you explain me what the leaders of the sub-group in MOS are doing.. i mean - what is their function? And what you 3 as leaders of your sub-groups and others who r leaders of other sub-group are doing to improve their certain group? Or even whole MOS?

Well till now they didn't have much to do...but the structure is staying like that since there is a plan to give each sub group a specific task, that they will have to organise by them self...

But to answer your question, currently they are doing nothing. And as for us 3 who are the leaders of sub groups, we will be removed from that position, as soon as we get to an agreement about who is the best to replace us in those places.

Well I wouldnt agree with that last one. Coz i think ALL 3 OF YOU should stay on that positions and do your best job to improve your sub-groups. You were choosen as BEST in MOS to be leaders - then show to all of us how to be great leaders by work, not just by talking about rules.

As for my self I will have to be relieved, coz I got to much job than, Council, Admin, this, and gallery....to much... With all that, I am easily loosing my creativity...

Excuse me if this question wil sound raugh : but why did u want to be MOS leader if u dont have creativity and time? Cant expect from others to get ideas and make this group alive. You should be example.
