Does cingular offer unlimited texting?

Not it my area, Atlanta, GA. but they do offer unlimited Data for $20. not a bad deal to teather with your laptop

I take that back now the do offer it; sort of. its only M2M (cingular 2 cingular). Here is the link. They offer the cheapest at $10 ($5 for 200 messages and +$5 for the unlimited M2M). The most they offer is 3,000 messages at $19.99 a month

if u live in the Atlanta area u could get metro pcs they have unlimited every thing in my area for $50 thats with no contracts unlimited long distance local text picture video internet call forwarding call waiting 3 way calling caller id everything all for one low rate every month with taxes and every thing my bill comes to 63.00 a month
