[B][FONT=Arial][COLOR=red]hi can any one help me i can make themes but when i make the pictures smaller they llok quiete crap so does any one know how to ma ke them smaller with out losing there quality

What photo editor are you using? photoshop?

try this (after resize):

press CTRL+A, CTRL+C, CTRL+N, CTRL+V

Also try sharpening it, Filter>sharpen>(unsharpmask or sharpen)

if the picture is .gif it will always look like crap when you resize.. find some .jpg!

hmm, in photoshop it is same quality no matter what size, expcept when i make it much much bigger!
