guys can someone reply me for this question ... is it ok to upload 192 kbps mp3 ringtones (28 secs) to the gallery which are about between 600 and 700 kb's in size will they get accepted ... cuz ive been uploading 128 kbps ringtones all this time to the gallery ....

It will be accepted, but to make sure try not to make your files more than 800KB, why? Well I know the upload limit is 3MB but when we validate most likely we will reject it if it is larger than 800 KB.
