So the Symbian Signed website is returning that error? Or the DevCertRequest app?

What are you doing right before the error occurres?

hey everybody!
I`ve downloaded a few themes and .sis apps from this site ...when i try to install the apps or the themes it wont letme, expired cert for the themes and no admitted for the apps! so what now???
I got an 3250 i been 2 days trying and nothing!!!
Please someone helpme what can i do???

When I try to get a dev cert from symbiansigned, it says the following instead of showing some link to upload the csr file created with devcerttool:

Your request has failed. Reason:
Your are not enabled to request DevCerts. Please contact the system administrator.

Same problem heres as well, can anyone give us a clue on how to correctly register a account with Symbian Signed.

Their site is in reconstruction phase, so they do not allow requesting of certificates. I've registered 4 days ago and got my two certificates without problem. But now I get the same message-so your registration is OK, but their site isn't

Hey, I need help. When I try to select Request, I get the msg that this id is not allowed for any Request, Please contact ur admintrator.... I think somekind of form has to be filled but not sure what .... to do with the form details....

I can not do step 12.

12. Click "Request" under "Developer Certificates". Then browse to the CSR file in the folder you created in step 1.

Developer Certificates are provided for testing purposes only and not for distribution purposes. This is clearly stated in the terms and conditions signed up to by all users. If you require Developer Certificates for testing an application you are developing please send an email with the following information to symbiansigned@symbian.com
Subject: Developer Certificate enable request

they are having problems, you have to wait until the site is up and running again as normal.
