Hey I saw the link for stolen themes but did not see one for stolen ringtones.
Here is my issue.
I uploaded a ringtone over 3weeks ago and believe that it has been re-uploaded two days ago. Can someone please help me out.

I know it is hard to tell sometimes and that different people can do the exact same thing at different times but this sounds too much like what I did.

I am sorry that you think that I stole your ringtone, I made my version from the original song, not from your ringtone, and I actually had no idea that it was already on the site. Also you might notice that your file size is 474.31 KB, and my file size is 587.76 KB. I am really sorry that it sounds just like yours, I would never steal anyone elses work and mark it as my own, what can I say I guess great minds think alike. From now on I will make it a habit to make sure that the ones I upload are not already on the site, and that if they are I will make a point to make them different and original.

Hey I am not mad and even if you did search the site for a tone before you uploaded it... Ya may not find it. I have issues using the search key sometimes... well most of the time.
I hope there are no hard feelings it's all good! Like I said It is possible that with over half a million members that things may get uploaded more than once... TTYL.

no one has any rights to ringtones as they are samples in the first place or owned by the big music companies.

unless it is your your own created ringtone (not a remix) we can't do anything about it.
