Please provide links. It's hard finding files in validation without a link or knowing the type of file at this moment in time

Once a file has passed validation and in the gallery, can the owner of that file delete that file using Edit? I don't see that option using Edit.

Aa... I think we can't delete our themes ourself. Becoz, me too have been tried to delete my own theme using the EDIT sign. but it just provide us to edit and fixing our theme.

No members currently cannot delete their own themes. So please be careful when uploading. If you ask an admin nicely they may delete it for you
