I don't use a especific program to do that, i only copy the file from "temporary internet files" & rename it puting the ".flv" extension.
Then I convert the file to ".mp4" or ".3gp" extensions with a ipod converter.
if I need edit the video, i convert it to a ".mpeg" with Mobile Media Converter, edit it with Video Edit Magic & then convert to a ".3gp" with the ipod converter.

If you don't want to have to download any software then Zamzar is the way to go. It finds almost any video file on a site (youtube, Google video, ect.) and lets you choos what type of file to convert it to, they sends you an email with the link for the download. ( limit 100mb)

It is free clap.gif

Get it HERE

for google videos there is an easier way, all you need to do is install the google video player, and when viewing google videos click on download. it will then save the videos in a folder in my vidoes called google vidoes. if you change the extensions fro.gvi to .avi.(they are already in divx format)
you can actually use them on your phone if you have divx mobile video player. or convert them compress them cut etc wit virtual dub or what ever software you use....
