I HAVE A SONY ERICSSON w850I AND I HAVE LOADS OF GAMES AND THEY HAVE ALL DOUBLED UP AND I CANNOT DELETE THEM WHEN I TRY TOO IT JUST SAYS 'OPERATION FAILED'

DOES ANY1 NO WHAT THE PROBLEM IS

Few things come to my mind, games are for older phones, or not in right format ( they are in .jad instead of .jar). As for deliting if they are stored on your phone than sync it with your PC and use option RESET TO DEFAULT( delete everything on your phone), If they are on your memory stick, also sync with PC, than format it. If this is the case before formating your MMC I suggest read this.

i have a new problem
my phone wont let me even enter the Games folder this time i have been tryin for over 8days and it wont let me.

and when i try to install a new games it says 'operation failed'

this happens with me too sometimes and i simply swith it off and then switch it back on. always works for me.
in an extreme case scenario, u may have to use the "master reset" function in ur settings menu

still having problems

i have upgraded the software on my phone but it still says the same when i try to open the file

This actually happened to me before, and in the end I ended up deleting all the games... and then send them all to the phone again.

please check the FAQs and the other threads. such questions have been askd endlessly

get some bluetooth dongle,put it in your PC usb port and send games to the phone through it or connect your PC with the phone through the usb cable.u should have one if u bought the original phone
