If you dont need an upgrade. Why should you do it?
It doesn't matter how fast your PC is Its all about whether it works and make you satisfy with all your works.

For me I had changed my P4 last year because I have to do my ICT project which involves software like Adobe Flash, Photoshop, MS office 2007, Xili-Soft converters, Power Director, MS Frontpage. By the use of quad cores I never had any problems in doing all these in the same time and memory 2GB was more than enough to work.
I upgrade another 2GB for Vista and it works so faster than I expected. smile.gif

I usually buy new PCs if the warranty(3 Years) is finished. Otherwise its a big headache. tongue.gif laugh.gif

btw In youtube you will see many ppls having Gaming machines with Dual High end VGA and Dual CPUs(Core 2 Extreme) with water cooling. wink.gif

Go with Nvidia Bro.
DG33 has got PCI Express x16 (Version 1.0) but you can install all the new PCI Express x16 (Version 2.0) VGA card backwardly.
There is no significant perfomance decrease, so you can buy without worrying much about it. 9600GT is the entry level for HD gaming. So it will be always better if you buy better cards than that. Refer to the Tomshardware VGA benchmark charts and choose a better one which will suit all your needs. wink.gif thumbsup.gif
Benchmarks-Gaming Graphics 2009

Also make sure you have got a better Power supply to handle VGA card. You can always refer to Nvidia's site for specs and requirements. smile.gif

I'm still thinking about it, but for RAM I usually stick with Crucial - their guarantee is pretty good. especially with expensive RAM its a nice piece of mind.

I'm checking the prices and bits for building a new PC, i7 and 8GB ram are the only two things I've decided on.
