Below is my first theme i created ever (took me many hours), i thought its the bomb hahaha, but that was before i found this site and learn many new things....boy, was i way over my head. I need to know something, to make transparent highlight--do you need adobe photoshop?
I make my theme using the standard microsoft photo editor beause i don't have adobe photoshop or any image editing sofware ;(

to make the transparent highlight, you just lower the transparency, and save as .png
