I recently baught a DKU5 cable but it says it is missing the component 'ser2pl.sys' which means the computer dosent regonise the phone is connected. What can i do about this?

i don't know what type of nokia you have but i've bought the same cable to and i was a cable for nokia3650 so i bought for 15euro and when i was home the cable don't work and i search on internet and i read cable's don't work on all series 60 phone.

I also had the same ser2pl.sys problem. now i have rectified it. you can get the said driver file from the following site:


http://www.floridaprobe.com/usb_install.htm

down load it and run it when prompted by the r connect software.
