Announcement to ALL Hazard Blue members!

I've been entrusted to draw up a new organization chart for our group. With the enrollment of our new members, anthrax, az and I decided that we need to reshuffle on how we handle things so that we cld be more efficient. So before we decide things, we wld like to hear your opinions and which department you wld like to be in. I have a rough plan in mind but i think it wld be better if i receive some feedbacks.

So here's the draft that i have now.

I would like to be a Scout. But can you please explain what a Scout do here?

@ boxie - You can do it this way in cs2 as well, but in cs2 if you have 2 or more layers it flips all layers, not just the one you highlight.

@ Az / sensei, the great knight sir aapaii - Nice idea, happy with my position, can't think of any other department but will let you know if I do.

@ Karl - I presume a scout will look out for talented m9ers and see if they want to join HB.

EDIT: This might be me being a bit thick when it comes to Nokia phones but according to Nokia tech spec the 7373 is 320x240px but the image malibu-x-hunni posted for her them is 240x320, which is it or will both work fine?

as dezal mentioned, "scouts" job class (this sounded like an rpg ) main function is to identify new talented m9er's which we cld then "invite" to join hb. scouts will be responsible in all the process of recruitment frm identify, to invite or even persuade and follow up.

i was thinking of putting you in charge of "forums" department coz you're very active in it. You'll be helping out people in forums especially hb threads and try to ease the admin burdens by answering questions by forumers.
tba means "to be announced" since i want to wait for members feedback first before deciding.

My goal is that after we sagigate ourselves, we will enjoy doing our role. I dont want anyone to feel like they are being forced to do something coz to me, if you wanna do something, do it wholeheartedly and enjoy yourself at the same time.

Furthuremore, I wld like to stress here that eventhough we are a graphics based society, but that doesnt means that we cld not have other dept that does not relate to graphics. i hope we cld make hb a place where all the members can enjoy themselves by being themselves. so we are open for any suggestions.

seriously, this is a good way to have an organised team. i like this idea your doing.

another thing, didn't i assigned you to be the assistant in PMP dept? why did the assistant lead been vacant?

i have a suggestion. since the PMP has more requests for nokia, why not make two PMP Leaders. one for SE and one For NOKIa. that goes for assistant leads too. so any inquiries regarding SE should know that they need to consult ME. and for NOkia, i don't know who.

well no aapaii i dont but in a way i do if you know what i mean, just want to help find her.I have been active on the search for her website and her parents are trying so hard to make the whole world aware of her and i just think it would be nice if we could all join in.Somthing simple like posting her picture everywhere we go.And you never know ..someone somewhere could see it and recognise her..how nice would that be.

Ok. Couple things here.

First off... as far the assistant position for THT I am put in. I don't know how much I'll be able to help with that. As I said before, I'll do what I can but I work every day except Saturday and Sunday. Sometimes I can get to my girlfriend's computer but other than that my only computer access is here at work.

Secondly... I'm sorry if my thread in our HB Subforum have seemed inappropriate or wasteful. That was NOT my intention. I'm trying to contribute in the few ways that I can. I also did it because I feel that organization is a primary thing to consider when it comes to forums.

Far too often I see forums that might have decent information contained in them, but all that information is spread out through 5-10 pinned threads. These threads are also not organized in any fashion whatsoever. So the reader/s have to page through sometimes up to 100+ pages to get to and from these topics of interest.

i.e. - A post is made about wallpapers. The first post contains some, then there are 25 pages of discussion then another person posts some. How is said reader to know that the next set of wallpapers is that many pages away? Other than sifting through that great mass?

Again, I apologize if my efforts were in vain. I was only trying to be as concise and organized as possible for HB Members and participants in the Mobile9 community.

Also, I would like to apologize for my "lack" of participation in the forums as well. I can't make that many posts while I'm here at work (supposed to be working remember? lol.) I try to do as much as possible, by responding to topics that I know something about and consider myself able to help the individual.

As of right now I live in a small studio apartment by myself with an extremely old eMachines computer with no internet access. I just don't want you guys to think that I don't care about our group or community, because I do. I want to add as much as I can with the little time that I'm given. I've been trying to get appropriate software onto my SLVR so I can transport it from work to my girlfriend's computer so I can begin work on theming Motorolas. I would love to participate in signature requests as well as wallpapers, skins, themes, etc. It's just a matter of time and oppurtunity.

Please don't be afraid to PM me if you need anything. I'd give out my e-mail but the forums will snip it, lol.

I will try to contribute to the THT thread as much as I can, but I feel that right now my best contribution would be updating my own personal threads as well as putting my hand in our graphic design requests.

Please don't see this as me backing out of our group's responsibilities. Forgive me if I have given you the wrong impression.

We do not want to tense up anyone with the new organization, I'm afraid its happening with some. This is just to clarify roles and assign tasks that ease up our job here at the forums.

And we haven't taken any bad impression from you, plat, on the contrary you've proven your loyalty to the family

@ Plat - as Az said no one thinks that you are not committed to HB, your threads and wpc entries prove that you are. I agree with the problems with some forums, I've been on others and you scroll page after page looking for one post in hundreds of pages.
