don't really understand what you mean but I'm sure there is an answer in the FAQ

if you mean themes with new icons set in the theme most theme in mobile 9 downloads have icons but some do not just keep downloading to you get one with a icon set in them

we shud provide icon packs too here, wat do u think shoutout??
