@terra- I think the rank doesn't matter, and as kerohl said, not everybody in this group are rank 3 yet... but we could have some sort of ''show you skills'' thread for those who want to join? bj, what do you think about that? (we can't be too big, so a group for learners isn't a good idea anymore, we will get too big...or?)
