Options:
images saved as 'progressive' this is not allowed.
colour conflict
or images with the same name in theme.
Can't check from here, but have a look at your background colours (NOT the images) and text colours and such... see if some are too close.

i see that the desktop bg and title text colours are the same, try changing those.
if that doesn't work, then, unpack the images from the thm file, and re-save using non_progressive mode.

When you save a JPEG file, you get several options in the way it saves. I usually save mine in 60% baseline mode (which I think is the same kinda deal as the "save for web" mode you see people mention).
Progressive mode is a more complex way of saving the file - which gives it a better quality but takes longer to load and in fact doesn't load when used on a theme.

Visual explanation of the 'progressive' images.... you need to make sure the option 'progressive' is
UNchecked when saving your images.

My apologies..... I forgot the simplest of things: files cannot have à or å or ä or â or é or ë or Å or æ or any non-standard 'latin' alphabet letters in them as not every browser and every program wordlwide will support them

so i altered the filenames for the images and this time I tested it on my phone first

and it actually works.
Humm and I get the following when I try to attach the .thm file to this message:
