I'm facing this problem while uploading. I fill out every text box and when I the submit button the download file textbox containing the path to the upload file turns blank rendering my upload useless.
If anyone could guide me somewhere...

Please double check if the size of the preview meet the requirement. And also not to include any of the ' in the description or title.
