Does any body have any software for my sony ericcson w550i ,so that when someone calls they're picture comes up on the whole screen instead of a arrow.

can you not just set a picure to a contact?
browse to picture > more> use as > contact picture?
browse to picture > more> use as > contact picture?

add the photo of that person to his / her contact and save it.
So, when they will call their photo will appear
