Remember to delete some frames when you are converting your screensavers.. or they will turn out huge if you need any help just let me know.. and remember keep your clips small

If you can upload the video clip and tell me the size you want it, i can do it for you, it's not easy to explain but if you would rather do your own i will try and explain it to you.. i will wait for your reply

How To Convert AVI/MPG Movie Clips To GIF Animation With Jasc Animation Shop!
Have your movie clip ready, try to keep it to about 5 to 10 seconds long.. any longer will make your animation too big.
Open Animation Shop, click on File/Open, browse to your movie clip, click open, and you will see a box that says (Avi Import Options) now you have an option to import all the frames or just some of the frames.. play about with the settings till you get your animation right, in this case we will go for all frames, and click ok.
Now you'll see all the frames from the movie clip in front of you, now you can set the speed that you want your animation to play at.
To do this click on the edit button and select All, right click on anyone of the images showing and select frame properties, set the speed that you want your animation to play at and click ok.
To view the animation, right click on the bar at the top of your animation frames and select (View Animation), if you are happy with the speed of the animation, go to File/Save As, and choose.. CompuServe Graphics Interchange (.gif) and click on Save, you will see another window, just keep clicking next and that's it, you have your screensaver/gif animation!
If you are not happy with the results, just keep playing about with the settings.. till you get it right.
