im looking for a dvd player for nokia n80 so i can playback full films

where are you going to put the DVD into?

you can convert full dvds into playable format and play them them back through your phone.the only problem is it plays on real player and you cant ff or rew you can only stop and pause them,so ill ask again has anyone got any software to put on your phone to play them back?

It depends on what format you convert your DVD to.

If it converts to RM files, then you HAVE to play it on Realplayer.

Convert to MP4 or 3GP or even MPEG.
