Hi guys,
Found this software and I thought I would upload it for the guys who have not tried it yet.
Note to adm, can you please check to the Smart phone has the right file.
Wayfinder Earth Beta
The application starts up displaying a globe representing the planet on the screen of your mobile. Select an area or city for a closer look.
European and North American maps are extremely detailed and you’re able to zoom down to street level!

Hi,
Had to test this application on my dads Nokia since only smart phones seem to be supported, but it is actually a quite cool application and free. I wish it could be working on my Sony Ericsson K610 which i just bought and think is a good phone.

Hey mate, it should be working on that phone. Try the original page and enter your mobile type.

I'll write Wayfinder and see if they have some Java files that I can put up.

Have you tried to click on the download button and then got a sms sent to you with a wap link?

it automatically detects your phone and then starts downloading

Dowloaded and uploaded Java versions today. There were unique files for each phone, so make sure that you get the right one. Files are waiting on admins approval.
If admin cares for answering.
How does the rating of CP goes. Do I get less cp for a software than for a theme? Is it more difficult to get CP the more CP you get? If there is a thread on this, please point me in the right direction...
Cheers boys

Is it okay to upload other type of software like Opera Mini without having permission from Opera?

Hey adm:
I know I uploaded many files for Java, but they seem to be a bit different on each phone. At least there is three different screen sizes for the app. One for the small screen SE phones, one for the middle screen ones like k750 and one for the large ones such as w900. Now there is only one published and it is not SE phones, I think.

I put the name of the phone of which it was compatible with in the upload title. I can upload them again if you like? One file for each screen size, ie 3 files. (I put one for each phone before, ie 15 files).

Uploaded them again, now only 3 files. One for each screen. See if that works.
See that Opera was already here. Good stuff. I-Metro is another great free app.
