Basically, I was trying to change the way the volume indicator icons look by applying a hue/saturation layer in photoshop on top of the old icon. However, as soon as I copied and pasted the new icon on top, I realized that the icon didn't have proper transparent areas. I knew how to do masks and the like but this one was different. I haven't encountered a 1 bit mask before and for some reason, the text was grayed out and unclickable.
That was my situation and basically I need some help to point myself in the proper direction. I've researched and read all the documentation I could find but to no avail. I even joined this forum because I couldn't figure it out
So guys, any ideas? I can provide screenshots if it would help.
