He sent me a pm asking why his files were rejected. If you reject files after admin approval no logs show. So i asked if they could be reuploaded and i would see what the problem was with them.

I sent a pm to cosycat that the copyright owner of the images requested the removal, when i discovered what the reason was, but i'm going crazy and forgot to remove them. Sorry, my fault.

That's okay! You can't be expected to remember every single file here! Thanks for removing them again, I appreciate it. If cosycat would ask permission first and then make sure to give credits in his themes to the orginal creators, I think it would work better for him/her. I'm usually good with it.
