There's a theme posted by some guy who butchered one of my themes and reposted it. It's almost completely my theme except the main screen and menu were changed. It even has my name on the preview!!!

It was taken from my Red Metal Walkman theme. Red Metal If you dl his theme and open it with a theme creator, all my graphics, highlights and even my name is still on the theme where author is. On his own preview screen, it says my screen name.

He "converted" our k800 themes to k810 themes.. The rest of his uploads are more or less wallpaper themes probably made by himself (checked a few can't find duplicates)

I thought when we say original, we talk about ownership, and also the 1st person to upload it (if it's a free-for-all item)?
I don't think we need duplicates in our gallery, won't that make the gallery very cluttered? What if 20 new members upload the same MRBean screensaver? Then when someone search for 'mrbean', it will show him a page full of same screensaver...
