Bloodmage - Yes, that is a game, unless you have copyrights to it, we can't stop them uploading. The moderators in theory should have picked it up as a duplicate, but it's not always easy.

Actually that's not yours. That theme is made by Exo2geN.

Member trifunca has 19 themes uploaded at K610 Gallery. All themes are leeched from different themers. For example:
300 movie theme is made by Mr Klan, worm is made by GodFather, hurts and ara are made by gseth.
The worse is that all 19 themes are not compatible with K610 phones but they are working only on K800/W850 phones, meaning that users that download them can't use them

One is for the E91 the other for Nokia 3rd edition. Means they're not the same file. I think the same wallpaper was used, or maybe it's a remake where they could have had the authors permission
