my dear I dont donwload this animated picture from this site.Yes, is not my creation, but I think this is a site to share stuff, somethings are created by me like themes and some pictures(transformed with design programs) and the other things like software(generaly games created by the software enterprises like gameloft, glu or fishlabs......),and some animated pictures I just share here with you. I search things in another sites and simply share here with the reste of members, but if you said so, I stolen this image from you perhaps you have an account in the site I do this download. I search again were I found it and the name of the person who make this upload is not the same. how can I know this is yours? perhaps you stolen this too, and upload here first. when I upload things like this I dont search if this all ready existe. its the same when I upload games, I download from anothers sites and sometimes they are rejected, because appears like copyright. copyright from who? from software enterprises? any way if you want I delete this file from my gallery but I dont see the point. have a nice life and dont be anger about this because the life is to short

We remove every stolen item, even if the original file hasn't been uploaded to mobile9.
Gemini has proved to us that she uses the "nashota" username at other websites, so if she requests her stolen items to removed, then they will be.

im sorry if you felt offended about the reported screensaver, but if you take a look to my report, you can see i dont called you a thief there, i just have written duplicate, so for me there is a difference, cause you dont has cut out my Name in the File, thats why i dont have written stolen!
Maybe for you isnt a difference between duplicate or stolen, but for me it is!
And as you can read in the Post from Christina, i dont stolen the Files which i upload, cause i do respect the Work from all the Peoples which make theyr own Stuff a lot!

im glad youre not feeling upset at all and yes my dear, i do upload also my stuff on mobinations, thats why you could find it there too. i do upload it on several places in the Net, but unfortunately i have there a other Username then here, thats why you couldnt know its me. I asked on m9 to change my Username because this one is a older one, but unfortunately it isnt possible. So lets forget this thing now, as you sayed the Life is to short to bother with such things
