As explained, software isn't consider as stolen because they might be of different version etc. Plus, the two files share completely different previews.

1st, the screensaver is very nice.

Just so we have proves to show the uploaders (whose files we are about to remove) that the screensaver is created by you, can you please send the source files (frames if you have created the animation in photoshop / something else) to patricia {[at]} mobile9 {[dot]} com? Thank you!

Problem is that nobody is checking is the stolen item same version. You say "Plus, the two files share completely different previews." So when somebody steals your upload he just needs to change preview and its a "NEW" file. Check this : Its a zip file and the content is exactly the same. Is that different version. Nobody has checked it jet, stealers are rude and always immediately contact you on your profile and say something as "so what" or "its not yours". Again, I ask to punish them somehow, anyhow. For example : Stop them uploading files for a month or two. Think something, anything

I reported that someone has stolen my upload ( about month or two ), and the stolen item was removed quickly. Two weeks ago somebody else has stolen - uploaded the same file. And now its not removed. So you change criteria every month or...??? What about double files that's also allowed in gallery - that can't be removed. Lets say i will upload same file ten times just with different name and preview, and you can't remove it ??? That's irritating. Just trying to make gallery better. Sorry but I don't make NOD32 anti virus for symbian, I don't make Core player for symbian, i dont make Resco photo viewer for symbian. I make a very few things. The firms that make that apps should do the uploading. Then you would have 1/5 of all now uploaded apps, and you would have about 1/100 of uploaders that are now uploading. Make gallery better!!!

double upload by same person is removed as some times a files by acident gets uploaded twice and why would 1 sane person want to upload the same file twice.

and finaly if the developer wants to upload they are free to do so and they as a developer can request that all other copies of their file be removed as they have that right as creator.

and by the way is your core player a demo vierion or full version as if it is full verion i request the admin remove it as that is considered piracy as it is for sale at the developers website!
