i think the java softwares can be uploaded
again cause those are freeware
and no one owns the right to sell it
so any body can put it on free file distributing site like this

With freeware software it doesnt matter who upladed it first unless you can prove you created it?
With regards to copyright, you cant upload files that are for sale, so the files you advised here is copyright as such needs to be removed.

Hey you know how much work it is to find all stolen items? I dont want to invest the same time to post link of the original themes.

There are a serius problem with bad behavior here...
Member "jimbo0" .. http://p.mobile9.com/jimbo0/ has stolen screensavers from my gallery and has uploaded again.
After your orders I report him for this problem and you must see his answer.

Someone must call him in order again.. This bad behavior is a bad show for this Site and someone must protect the Site and the others good members here

Yes all Themes on CMDesignz are created by myself. It´s my Website and my Themes. I sell them in many countrys in cooperation with my partners.
It´s not good for buissness to find all themes for free around the net. Only on CMDesignz they are for free.
Plz dont tell me now i have to post the link of every Theme.
You can see them all at this link in a row because nearly every Theme is on this site too.

Do you see the Anti Theft Alarm software it has the image by Hamit Shala and the same software! they are stolen , here in mobile9 gallery must be only one software and not 3-4 the same! that will be deleted!

If you are a popular guy your stolen uploads will be deleted in a day and if not you can wait weeks and weeks like me. Thats what i call "FAIR". I think i uploaded files for no reason. You should punish thiefs somehow.
