That is the whole point, they are different skins. So they are not the exact same software. We only remove exact duplicates.

No problem adonisdemon , but this software is the same software , and why he is not upload one software and post all the skins in his Description of he's software ..That is okay for me..

Im sorry for asking, but is that something new? Because till now it has always worked this Way, Christina has told me that is it possible to report Files which are made by myself and are uploaded from other Members here on m9. Maybe its a little confusing because i use a other Nickname on the other Site, or has the Rules changed?

Everything is ok, gemini... just we have some problems with some "silly" bug and at the moment we are not able to remove files. I hope that will be fixed soon

actualy this is what the thread is for, any one who has created a them even if its on anoter site (<url snipped> etc) is allowed to have their work removed from m9 if another person has uploaded it as thier own.
M9 doesnt allow stealing of themes, even if its from members of other sites

Oh, yeeees, it certainly counts as a stolen theme in my book... if I spent couple of hours (sometimes the whole day or even2) to make all the bars for my theme and then someone makes a " new theme" just by opening it in theTheme Creator and import 1 or 2 images in it, which could be done in a few minutes, I can consider that as nothing else, but stolen work... I'm pretty sure Atalantos would agree with me...
