No, we cant use anyone's screensaver or wallpaper and make theme out of it.
But... the question here is (sorry have to ask) did you make that screensaver by yourself or you found image on the net, resize it (or not) and upload?

Just to clarify as i got confused reading that: You can use a screensaver or other images you did not create BUT if the original author of the file you used requests for it to be removed it will be. To prevent this from happening ask for permission from the author first and credit them in the description .

Note: By original author i mean the person who created the file not the person who uploaded it. As Pantoflica has asked did you get it from somewhere else? Or make it from scratch yourself? I guess what we're asking is proof that you own the copyright to the screensaver . Sorry, we have to ask this as anyone could say they created a file when they actually didn't and get all the files removed.

The original was uploaded after the stolen? I am assuming you have uploaded to mobile9 after uploading them elsewhere first, which is fine but in reporting stolen content can cause this complication. Can you please provide links to the place where the stolen theme was probably found by the uploader in addition please (i.e. link to proof that the theme is stolen and you are the original author). Thanks

its my collection...i have about 500 images stored made all myself....

unfortunately i had removed all detailed images and have final images in my pc... hmmm its ok to ask coz i shared my file so anyone cud have downloaded .... my fault...

i have a little Question, and im sorry for asking this here, im sure its the wrong place but i dont know how the Forum does work would it be possible on every Way to change my Username? Because how you can notice im called in all my uploaded Files NASHOTA, thats why i have several Accounts on several Sites, but they are all newer ones, im only called on mobile9 gemini7010, and so i do write always NASHOTA on all my Files, and i think thats also why some People think i would be not the Creator of this Work and they can upload it too its just a question

Changing username is not possible any more. Maybe in the future will be available again - but not at the moment . Sorry.

Technically yes (as you can see so many reported items in here)... but the fact is if moderators notice same files in the gallery - one will be removed as dupicate (the one which was uploaded later).

Is the second time from the same member to steal my work
All my uploads Screensavers are only my work. Because there are many thiefs here the second screensaver and all latest screensavers are marked with my name and my e-mail in comments. If open these with "microsoft gif animator" you can see the true and my name in any frame of .gif images.
Always I dont understand why when a member upload a file, a second member have the right to upload again as new.
Why 2 or 3 times the same file in m9 gallery?
and why points, favorites, featured files when any one steal and upload again the work of others.
If you dont deleted these, you give the right to every one steal and upload the same files many times.
