This guy used my theme and simply changed the wallpaper. All my highlights, bars, menu's, everything in there is mine. He even left my name in it too, how nice!!

Please be reminded about the guidelines for reporting stolen items. We need the proof of ownership. If it's the owner of the theme requesting for a theme to be removed, it will be removed asap. However, those that have been uploaded elsewhere, unless proof of ownership is very clear (a themer with his/her own website, a prominent themer we know), we will take a 2nd look into whether those files need to be removed. This is because we never 100% sure whether the uploader has obtained the permission of the author, or if the author has license his/her theme under creative common. We thank you for your understanding.

Una's theme is made for 240x320 screen, this guy just opened it in Theme creator for screen 176x220, save and uploaded to m9. Should I report such themes? Should I let una know about it even she's not so active lately?

HMEROLOGIO's name is Nektarios so probably the themes signed with Nektr etc are owned by him, unless he has changed the original author's name.

They will be removed. The first thing I did when I saw Zj's post was - remove Doc's theme.

It's clear to me from the preview how the theme was created, not the gallery mod for themes I'm afraid. Will let her know about that. Theme removed.

So "Sonsrock, 29 April 2008" should be deleted, and "Vittori0,13 August 2007" stays - in my opinion .
