I can see those 2 themes have same wallpaper... did you make it by your own? Coz those 2 files have diferent size. The one you reported as stolen is 516kb and yours is 432kb .... and that one "stolen" is shake it theme.. cant see yours is too?

If it's not enough, download "his" theme and open in theme creator push the preview button and check the author... i did...

I have removed first and last. Cant remove others coz i dont have original file link.
Second file from the bottom is not same - link you gave is 486,50kb and mobile9 link is 300kb.

As for the size being different i've taken your word for it as it is obvious the m9 member has been leaching. However, without this information it could be possible he has the original author's permission to edit their theme so a further investigation would normally be carried out.

I dont have SE theme creator, so i cant check it. The problem is that these 2 files are different in size. The one you posted as stolen is 652 kb and yours is 495 kb.
Did you upload that theme on some other site so you can provide us link... coz if its your theme - he had to take it from somewhere?
Dont take this as i dont beleive you, but i just have to check all and do by the rules

there is where you can download free SE theme creator,,,,download both themes then open it then you could compare,,,when i downloaded both,they got the same size when i opened it,,,,or simply,the names of the parts will just proove,,thank you so much,,,,,

I have removed stolen theme.

Sorry i was bugging you with that, but thats the rule i have to keep when i check.
And yes, i agree as well as many other people that stealing other peoples work and posting as their own is bad. But.. at least here on m9 we dont aprove that

If this is your theme, can you please provide psd file in order to delete theme uploaded here, based on links. Seems like the only thing those two themes have in common are wallpapers, and that's it...

It's not mine, made by Parano!d as i wrote. If you really want I can tell him what you asked maybe he will send the PSD.

Otherwise i checked the files (both) and same. Not just the wall, the full themes. The stolen theme's author information still contains some of Para's data (eg. website).

stealthassassin is right about this. Just did a quick check - all graphical treatments are identical. Down to colour scheme. rahulkavale has changed all author details except Paranoid's eseth url.
