Well, almost.. The rule looks like this:

-The submitted themes must be NEW , meaning no previously used themes in other weeks or in the gallery can be used.

Therefore, you can use a previously made theme as long as it's "uncirculated"..

The theme is . One thing bother me tho, its the icon (chart) in the profile. The red section, not straight. But other than that, this is very good theme.

As for the clock/overall design: sometimes, pre-scribbling with good old pencil and paper can do magic - I can highly recommend it as it spawns a lot of ideas about how to subdivide the screen of your mobile in a creative way.
