Hey,

For many links when I try to play .rm or .3gp files with real-player I get:
"unable to play either sound orvideo clip.Trying to play partially", then only the sound would play without the video.

Why does this happen? can I solve it?

i don't have this problem with my 6280, but if you indeed stuck with this, i also want to know why ,any one help?? 2 months without an answer??

make sure it is real-player rather than real-one,and should be updated with new functions ,i use storm codec to play . or you can convert 3gp files into other commonly supported formats
