can anyone help me
I've tried downloading some MP4's from wap onto my Samsung D500 from here but it asks me if I want them in WML or XHTML and I don't know which one I need. Also when I click on one of these there is no mention of video downloads.... only themes, ringtones, wallpapers etc

Downloading videos over WAP is never a great idea anyway, the data transfer costs can be astonomical! I would recomend you get a blutooth dongle for your pc and download them over the net then send them to your phone via bluetooth
