hi i have a moto v3 black, its locked on rogers wireless and i wanna use a different sim from philippines and when i put in the sim it asked me to put it subsidy password? can neone help me pls???

you need to get it unlocked to all networks, either take it to a local phone shop, or ask your service provider for the code.

If you go to your network though, it is likely to cost you and I know with Orange they contact Motorola which can take a couple of weeks. They charge £20.00 but you have handset security call you up and talk you through it, they also send a copy of the code an instructions to your address. Not bad considering.
