I'm going to mostly do anime or japanese av model themes for w900i/k750i.
I won't start making the k750i themes 'till my brothers phone comes in sometime next week.
So for right now I'll be making w900i themes.

So far I have uploaded this Bleach theme. (Still waiting for approvial by Mod)

But if you want a head start get it here.

Welcome kon!

Nice start, try to manipulate your backscreens so that the text will be more functional. Hope to see more of you here.

Good luck with theming!

Welcome to M9, mate! Looking forward to seeing more from you and this is a great looking start! I would like the preview a bit bigger though.

Upload your pic to imageshack.us, then use the direct-link given.

Welcome to M9 Kon.

Patrick is right about the funtionality of the themes you create. You will learn from others on this forum to improve your themes and I'm sure we are gonna see some good stuff from you in time.

Adonis will be a fan 'cause he loves Anime.

kon1 - the theme subject is great, but i think the functionality needs to be sorted out, it's very busy difficult use i'm presuming.

Hey kon1, great start thumbsup.gif
you picked quite a difficult subject to start themeing - Faces. If you don't mind, here's some friendly tips that will hopefully help you find your own style:

- (standby screen) try to work your images in such a way that the Operator Name doesn't block faces.

- (Desktop screen) You've got a nice background image there... pity it's blocked by the icons. Try a general background image related to your theme instead. That would help the icons stand out more.

- (Navigation screen) Keep in mind that the image used for this screen will show up in the rest of the screens. As such, it can look a bit "cut-n-paste" in the Row title screen

- (Popup screen) It's the face-blocking-thing again

- (Input 1 screen) try to work with contrasts between background & text - light background+dark text / dark background+light text.

- (Input 2 screen) The girl in the image is good - she's not blocked. The guy - would have been better if his face wasn't blocked

- (Activity screens) Same light/dark contrast should apply

Rule of thumb:
Test on your phone. If you feel comfortable with your creation (easy to read, highlights get your attention, visible cursors, etc), then it's ready.

It's a lot of work. But it's easy if you enjoy creating themes... & quite satisfying when you're able to answer someone's request.

Try your hand at the Theme Making Challenge (TMC) you'll pick up alot of tips & shortcuts from the many talented thermers here. We hope to see more of your stuff for your happening phone

Thanks again everyone for the welcomes and tips and advice.
I will try my best to make my themes better. I'm still not all that used to making themes, I will learn as much from others.
