i tried calling orange customer service for my p.u.k code and no luck, its just a computer and there was no option either to talk with anyone or get the p.u.k code...

any ideas please? thanks

There should be an option to talk to an operator. Could try any option (general queries), get to an operator and then ask and they'll probably put you through to the right people?

Go to an orange retail store and ask them, they'll probably phone up for you.

They will give you the puk code over the phone, have the serial number ready (*#06#), and personal details, then just call and dont press any options.

well i had this problem many time he he he
well in my sim you have to enter pin first but everytime i give my cell to my bro he use diffrent pin and my sim gets blocked
ha ha ha
and i have to call CRO to get my puk code
